1/2 cup saltines
catsup
salt and pepper
1 can corn
4 slices cheese
5-6 potatoes
milk
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Use the hamburger and make your meatloaf. I use saltines, egg, catsup, salt and pepper...sometimes a little onion. Pat the meatloaf into a 9 x 9 pan and bake at 325. While the meat is cooking make mashed potatoes. When the meat is done, pour off all of the grease, place the 4 slices of cheese on the meat, cover with the corn and then cover it with the mashed potatoes. Put back into the oven for 10 minutes then serve.

Some times I add garlic to the potatoes or some Parmesan cheese before baking the last time.
