5 large potatoes
2 cups fresh peas
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and dice potatoes. Place potatoes and peas in pot cover with water and boil until done. Drain most of the water off and add butter. In small bowl place flour and while whisking, add milk to flour until flour is thin and liquefied. Add to potatoes and stir, careful not to mash potatoes. Add enough milk to cover potatoes and peas and let simmer until milk thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste
