1 can - 16 oz. Salmon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup onion - chopped fine
oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon and set aside 2 tbsp. of juice. Remove bones. In mixing bowl, mix salmon, egg, and onion. Stir in flour. Add baking powder to juice, stir into salmon mixture. Form into patties and fry in hot oil-375 or until light brown.
