2 pkg. beef flavored Ramen noodles, uncooked
16 oz. pre-packaged cole slaw
1 c. sunflower kernels
1 c. toasted almonds
1 bunch green onions, chopped
DRESSING: 3/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 pkg. beef seasoning from Ramen noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Remove beef packet from noodles; set aside. Crush noodles and place in bottom of large bowl. Evenly layer cole slaw on top of noodles. Layer toasted almonds on top of cole slaw, then sunflower kernels. Lastly, layer chopped green onions on top of sunflower kernels. Combine all dressing ingredients by stirring with a wire whisk. Pour over salad. Cover bowl and let set for 24 hours to marinate. Do not toss until ready to serve.
