1 lb loaf day old sandwich bread
8 oz cream cheese
12 large eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 13x9 baking dish.
Cut loaf of bread into cubes and spread 1/2 the cubes in prepared pan. Cut cream cheese into small cubes and sprinkle 1/2 the cubes over bread in pan. Repeat layering with remaining bread and cream cheese.
Whisk together eggs,milk and maple syrup in a large bowl. Pour this mixture over the bread.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
(I sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over the top layer and then cover)
In the morning: Preheat oven to 350 . Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Serve warm with additional syrup.
