4 chicken breasts (cubed and cooked)
or
1 large can of can ready to eat chicken breasts (if in a hurry)
Spaghetti noodles- cooked
pkg. Velveeta- cubed
1 can Rotel- drained (your choice of spice level)
1 cup sour cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Chicken Bouillon (1 cup water + 1 cube)
1 small can of sliced mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cube the chicken (if using whole chicken breasts), and then cook until no longer pink. Cook and drain spaghetti. Heat the bouillon according to pkg directions. Cut the Velveeta into smaller cubes
Mix all ingredients into a 9 x 13 glass baking dish, and bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. Stir once halfway through cooking.

Serve with garlic bread and salad.
