1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup flour
4 chicken breasts, boneless
1 Tbsp.olive oil
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Coat chicken with mixture of flour,salt and pepper. Heat oil in a heavy skillet. Place chicken breasts in skillet and brown on both sides. Remove the chicken. Add wine to the skillet and stir until heated, add juice, stock,and mushrooms. Stir to toss, reduce heat and cook about 10 minutes until the sauce is partially reduced. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook about 5 -10 minutes or until chicken is done. Serve sauce over the chicken. Garnish with chopped parsley.
