15 c. popped corn
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt in pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until it gets bubbles around edge of pan. Cook 5 more minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in soda until it is foamy. Put the popped corn into 2- 9x13" pans. Pour 1/2 of the caramel mixture over each pan of corn and stir until it is coated with the caramel. Bake at 200 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Let caramel corn cool. Store in tightly covered container.
