Ingredients:  
1 package (10oz.) fresh spinach
1 pint of fresh strawberries quartered or halved.
c. whole pecans (browned in butter for 7 minutes in a skillet or baked 10 minutes at 250 degrees F on a cookie sheet

Dressing:
1/3 c Raspberry vinegar
1 tsp salt
c sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp minced onion
1 c vegetable oil
1 tsp Poppy Seeds
Mix in blender

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients with dressing that is mixed in a blender Toss with dressing just before serving.
