1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cups peanut butter (I like to use Chunky)
7 cups Special K Cereal
cup peanut butter (again chunky)
1 bag chocolate chips


Mix above together and cook on low heat until Sugar and Peanut Butter has dissolved.
Mix together with:
7 c. Special K Cereal
Stir in big bowl until all the cereal is covered with the mixture above.
Press into a jelly roll pan.
Prepare icing by melting chocolate chips and peanut butter. Pour over mixture and frost.
