1 cup wesson or crisco oil
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 cups sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring
1/2 tsp lemon flavoring
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups apples, unpeeled and diced (any variety)
1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and stir well. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan and bake for one hour at 350.
