3 c. sliced peeled apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch salt
3/4 c. quick oatmeal
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put apples in a buttered 9 x 9" pan. Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt together; sprinkle over apples. Combine oatmeal, 3/4 c. flour, brown sugar, soda, baking powder and butter. Mix until crumbly and sprinkle over apples. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
