1 C Shortening
2 C Sugar
2 C Pumpkin
4 Eggs
3 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Nutmeg
2 tsps cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves

Put shortening and sugar in lg bowl. Add and beat the pumpkin
and eggs. Then add and beat the flour, soda and the spices with
the rest. Bake in greased loaf pans (2 lg loaf pans) for 1 hour at
350. Cool in pan for 15 minutes then cool on rack .
