1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion
1 c. celery
1 can chicken rice soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can mixed vegetables with liquid
4 T. soy sauce
1 can mushrooms with liquid
2 c. chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger with onion and celery, add remaining ingredients. Bake in 3 qt. casserole or small roaster for 1 hour at 350.
