1 box chicken flavored Rice-a-Roni (COOKED per directions on box)
1 6oz jar of marinated artichoke hearts (drain and reserve liquid)
1 14 oz can of artichoke hearts drained (not marinated)
cup of mayonnaise (not miracle whip)
tsp of curry powder
3 green onions chopped
8 stuffed green olives (pimento stuffed)
1 8oz can sliced water chestnuts (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice per box directions. Mix mayonnaise and curry powder together. Chop artichoke hearts.
Slice olives. Combine together (rice, artichokes, mayo mixture, onions, water chestnuts).
Mix a Tablespoon at a time the marinated artichoke liquid. Mix to your taste. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
