2 cups milk
3 lbs ground beef
4 eggs, beaten
cup grated onion
cup chopped green pepper
2 tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 cup crushed crackers (one sleeve)
ketchup (for topping, your discretion)

Directions:
Directions:
In a cake pan, soak crackers in milk. Add meat, eggs, salt , and pepper. Mix well. Cover with ketchup. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour.
