4 Tbsp butter, melted
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
8 oz Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, cream corn, and whole kernel corn together. Blend in sour cream, eggs, and the muffin mix. Pour in greased 2 quart casserole baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
