2 lbs. ground beef
salt & pepper
garlic powder or garlic clove
1/2 onion (diced)
green peppers 5-6 (diced)
2 cups rice
2 jars spaghetti sauce
water
cheddar cheese-shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion, salt and pepper, garlic powder until brown in skillet and drain. Change to larger pan for soup. Add 2 jars of spaghetti sauce of your choosing, also add same 2 jars of water to equal the amount, 5-6 diced green peppers, and add 2 cups of rice to complete mixture when other mixture is boiling. Bring to boil and let simmer for 15-20 mins. Add shredded cheese when serving.
