1 box lasagna noodles, UNcooked (whole wheat works fine)
2 cups spaghetti sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained (I add onion and garlic too!)
cup water

Directions:
Directions:
In a very large bowl, mix the sauce, mozzarella, ricotta/cottage cheese and cooked ground beef. In a greased pan, place one layer uncooked noodles on bottom. Cover the noodles with half of the meat/sauce/cheese mixture.
Layer another layer of noodles and the remainder of the sauce mixture, pour water over the top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes.
Let sit 10 minutes before eating.
