1 pkg. Beef Carne Asada (very thin sliced steak)
Carne Asada Seasoning or Salt & Garlic Powder
Juice of 1 Lime
Small Corn Tortillas
Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop meat into bite sized pieces, season with seasoning to taste, add lime juice and marinate for 1 hour or so. In hot skillet, cook meat thoroughly. Heat 2 T. oil in skillet, cook tortillas one at a time, until lightly brown but not crispy. Cook enough tortillas for the meat, adding oil as needed. Drain on paper towels. Place meat on tortillas, garnish with chopped white onions, chopped cilantro, salsa, lime juice, shredded cheese, if desired.
