1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 C. water
1 (3 oz) pkg instant lemon pudding mix
C. vegetable oil
C. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together; pour batter into prepared bread pans (2 standard or 4 mini). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min.

Any combination of cake mix & instant pudding will work and you can always omit the poppy seeds.
