1 lb lard
6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a tin add 1 lb lard and 6 cups flour and mix until crumbly. Keep on hand until you need a pie crust.
This allows the mixture to blend in tastes.

This keeps indefinitely.
When you need a pie crust - take 1 cup of mixture and add a little water. Makes enough for one pie crust.
