DRESSING: 1/2 C. apple cider vinegar 1/4 C. sugar 3/4 C. vegetable oil '1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. sesame and/or poppe seeds (Optional) 3/4 C. craisens THE SALAD 2 bags of spring mix salad greens or one eachof red and green leaf lettuce. 1/2 C. chopped feta cheese 1/2 C. chopped red onion 1/2-1 bunch green onion (depends on your taste) 2 cans drained manderin oranges '1# crisp and well-drained crumbled bacon.
Mix all dressing ingredients and refrigerate for 3 hours before serving. Mix all but last two salad ingredients and refrigerate until serving time. Just before serving add the oranges and crumbled bacon. Add dressing and serve.
