1 lg. can Brooks Chili Hot Beans
1 lg. can diced tomatoes
1 can Rotel green chilies w/ tomatoes
1 1/2 lb ground chuck
1 medium onion (chopped)
1/4 cup catsup
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder or less
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck in large sauce pan, add chopped onions. Simmer until onions are turning clear. Add beans, tomatoes, catsup, cumin, chili powder, sugar and salt. Stir to mix, bring to a simmer, cover pan, turn heat down to low and continue cooking for another hour.
Serve in bowls -- Add shredded cheddar or Colby cheese to the top.

Also I like to add 1 pt.jar of Tabasco Chili Seasoning (Original flavor) for a change.
