2/3 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups flour
3 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
ºmix sugar & eggs, add all dry ingred. Add milk, do not beat, stir slowly. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Roll in melted shortening then in sugar & cinn.
