1 large can pineapple chunks
2 large bananas (cut into chunks)
1 lg. can frozen orange juice
2 cans gingerale
1/2 cup maraschino cherries
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, Stir well. Place in freezer in a freezer proof container. Stir occasionally while it is hardening. Remove from freezer an hour before serving. Serve in sherbet glasses or small bowls.

Great dessert in the hot summer. Nice treat for a Sunday brunch or an afternoon bridal shower. Also good dessert to finish a heavy meal. Children like it too and they get some vitamins with this snack. Freeze in smaller containers and keep it handy when you need a pick me up.
