3-4 apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp.butter
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice and core apples. You do not need to peel them. Place butter in a medium size skillet over medium heat. As butter melts, add apple slices, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to mix, cover and cook until apples are tender. Serve warm as a side dish.
