3 eggs
1 1/4 cup fructose
2 Tbsp water
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup pecan halves
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven and a cookie sheet to 375. Combine eggs, fructose, water, and margarine and beat well. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake on cookie sheet 30 to 35 minutes or until slightly firm. Center will look soft but will become firm.
