Melt in microwave:
1 stick butter,
6 oz. chocolate bits,
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter.

Directions:

Empty one box Crispix cereal in a large Tupperware container. Pour melted mixture over the cereal. Shake container to coat. In another container empty 1/2 box of powdered sugar and add cereal mixture. Shake to coat well. Spread on table to dry - about 1 hour.
