1/4 C. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 C. flour
1 C. milk
1 10-oz. can of chicken broth
1 oz. cubed Velveeta cheese (dice it so it melts easy)
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 16-oz. can mixed vegetables, drained.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onions until tender. Add flour and whisk until smooth, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and chicken broth, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly. Add cheese and seasonng, stirring until cheese is melted.
Add the vegies and cook until thoroughly heated, but do not bring to a boil.
