3-5 Lb. Rump Roast
1 pkg Good Seasons Italian
1 pkg Good Seasons Zesty Italian
1 jar sliced Pepperoncini peppers
1 Beef Boullion cube
2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Place Roast in crock pot. Sprinkle Italian seasonings over the meat. Pour peppers (juice and all) over that. Dissolve boullion cube in boiling water and pour over everything. Cook on low at least 8 hours. I cook mine for 12 hours and it can be kept in crock pot for up to 24 hours. Shred beef and return to crock pot for at least 1 hour before serving.
