Corn Tortillas
Cheddar Cheese - 1 pound grated
Half & Half
Turkey
Onions - chopped
Oil
Diced Green Chiles
Tomato Sauce
Gebhardts Chili Powder (or NM red chili powder)
Salt to taste
Shredded Lettuce
Saltines

Brown onion in oil. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, chopped green chili and salt and chopped turkey. After mixture is well heated add cheese, cover, and turn off the burner. Just before serving add half & half and slowly reheat. Mixture will be thick. Fry tortillas or (heat in the microwave) and serve in layers. Top with lettuce and serve with crackers.
