1 c shortening 1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs 1 t baking soda
2 t cream of tartar 1/2 t salt
2 1/2 c flour 4 T sugar
2 t cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs.
2. Combine dry ingredients and add to shortening
mixture. Chill.
3. Combine 4T sugar and 2 t cinnamon. Roll into balls
the size of a walnut.
4. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
