4 cups flour
2 tsp salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
I shake the flour, salt & sugar mixture in a covered plastic bowl until similar to cornmeal.
Mix together egg, vinegar and water. Add this to flour mixture. Mix until all is moist. Do not mix more than necessary.

If only 1 crust is needed the remaining can be made into 3 separate balls and frozen until ready to use or be rolled out and then frozen.
