Ingredients:
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
4 Tbsp. milk or cream
1 or 2 drops of yellow food coloring (looks richer)

Directions:
Break eggs in mixing bowl and beat. Add milk and mix together until it is well blended liquid. Add flour & salt mix. Use your hands to work the dough into ball. Roll with floured rolling pin until very thin on floured surface. Let dry slightly (20 minutes). Sprinkle flour over surface and spread evenly. This keeps the noodles from sticking together when cut. Roll the dough up like a jellyroll and cut into thin strips. Spread strips out and let dry for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Heat chicken broth when ready to cook. Pick up handfuls and drop into boiling broth Cook in covered pan 20 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally so not to stick. Let flour cling to noodles so broth will thicken.
