1 pie crust
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbls cornstarch
1 tbls cinnamon
4 cups peeled,thinly sliced apples(4 medium apples)
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 tsp sugar( for glaze)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.
Place crust on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Mix sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Toss with apples.
Spooninto the center of the crust, spreading to within 2" of edge.
Fold 2" edge of crust over apples, pleating crust as needed.
Brush crust with egg white wash and sprinkle with 1 tsp of sugar.

Bake at 425 for 20 minutes until apples are tender.
Cool slightly before serving.

This is so much faster than regular apple pie. It is also quite fancy looking. I like it alot.
Also, I use the Pillsbury pie crusts now in place of from scratch crusts...they are very good and fast.
