1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 T. dry mustard
2 T. cider vinegar
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the mustards, vinegar, sugar, salt and yolks in the top of a double boiler. Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes. Cool slightly and stir in cream. Serve warm over pork loin or tenderloin.
