Tamale Pie Recipe

1/2 c. Wesson Oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
2 lbs. ground beef
1 T. chili powder
1 c. yellow corn meal
1 c. milk
2 1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1 large can tomatoes
1 can pitted ripe olives
2 1/2 c. creamed corn
cheese for top

Cook onion and celery in oil for 5 minutes. Add meat. Brown and drain. Add seasonings, corn meal, tomatoes and milk. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add corn and olives mixed together and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. Cover with foil. Add grated cheese the last 15 minutes of baking and remove foil.
