2 fryers, cooked and cut-up
6 oz. taco flavored Doritos
1 c. onion, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can green chilies and tomatoes
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Garlic salt, salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. LIghtly grease 9x13 casserole dish and place Doritos on bottom and sides of dish. Place chicken on top of Doritos. Add onion and green peppers. Mix chili powder, garlic salt, soup, chicken broth, salt & pepper together and pour over the onion/pepper layer. Add tomatoes, then cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.

The name of this recipe caught my eye when we first moved to Atlanta. I have no idea where it got its name because it has a real Mexican flavor. We wanted to entertain our new Marlanta neighbors and because we didn't have a big food budget, we decided on a Mexican theme. Everyone loved it!
