Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb. Velveeta
1/2 c. Miracle Whip, do not use light or real mayonaise
1/2 c. horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the above on low heat in a double boiler; stir occasionally. (I usually make half of this recipe and that will make two cheese balls.)
Use a small margarine tub, coffee cup or custard cup and line it with plastic wrap. Make sure you have a good amount of wrap as you will then fill the cup with cheese. After it cools remove the plastic wrap and cheese, twist it and put in zip lock bag.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I have served this at many dinner parties and cocktail party's. I usually keep it on hand in the freezer. I also have given a cheese ball as a hostess gift on a small plate with a fancy small serving knife.
