2 large eggs
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy, for 1 to 2 minutes. Add sugar, a little at a time, then continue whipping until completely blended, about 1 minute. Pour in whipping cream and milk. Now pour into the freezer bucket (White Mountain), now add 2 cups mashed strawberries, or 2 cups mashed peaches, or maraschino cherries blended and drained. May leave without any fruit for vanilla. Now place into wooded bucket and proceed to freeze ice cream.

This is the absolute best homemade ice cream we've made. So GOOD, and SO Rich!!!!! I double this recipe for our 1 1/2 gallon freezer.
