1/4 c. lemon juice
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. chopped green onions or a small regular onion, chopped
3/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro--I use fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Mix all together and chill overnight. Before serving, add 1 chopped avocado . Serve with chips.
