1 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. brown sugar
6 c. old-fashioned oats
Optional ingredients: raisins, sunflower seeds, nuts, coconut, dried fruit pieces, M&Ms.

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and peanut butter in saucepan. In large dutch-oven (or other oven-proof pan) combine oats and brown sugar. Add the melted butter mixture to oat mixture and stir well. Bake at 350 for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring well about every 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Yields approximately 6 cups.

Other optional ingredients can be added as desired. Store in covered container.
