1 pierna de chancho deshuesada y sin piel
(entre y 7 y 8 kilos )
jugo de 2 naranjas
sal, pimienta,comino
miel de abejas
mostaza
vinagre blanco
ajos
sillao
2 cubitos de carne disueltos en 2 tazas de agua

Directions:
Directions:
Embadurnar la pierna de chancho con todos los ingredientes. Dejarla en maceración desde la noche anterior.

Al momento de meterla al horno, pintarla con un poco mas de sillao. Horno detapada a 350°con toda la maceracion. Rocearla de rato en rato con el caldo de los dos cubitos..

La pierna estará lista cuando al hincarla no salga líquido. (calcular 1/2 hora por kilo )
