4 boneless chicken breasts
4 T. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. curry
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Season breasts with salt and pepper. Combine honey, melted butter, mustard and curry powder. Spoon sauce into a shallow baking pan. Add breasts and turn to coat well. Bake at 350 uncovered for approximately 1 hour or until tender. Turn and baste breasts often during the cooking time.
