1 c. rice, cooked
2 c. sour cream
Salt to taste
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into small cubes
1 (6 oz.) can chopped green chilies
Butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine the rice with the sour cream and season with salt. Spread half the mixture in the bottom of a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle the rice mixture with the Monterey Jack cheese and chili peppers. Top with the remaining rice mixture and dot with butter. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes and serve immediately.
