8 chicken breasts
2 packages frozen broccoli spears (or fresh)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs (optional)
1 tablespoon melted butter for crumbs if used

Cook chicken until tender. Dice or shred.
Cook broccoli until tender but still crisp. ( I steam mine)
Arrange broccoli spears with flower ends around edges of casserole to form border. Arrange chicken over broccoli but not over flower ends. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder into a saucepan and heat over low heat to boiling. Pour soup mixture over chicken but not over broccoli border. Put cheese and buttered bread crumbs over and bake it at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour.

Serve with rice or cooked noodles.
