1 cup sour cream 4 tbsp. mayo 1 tsp. mustard 1 cup shredded swiss or cheddar 2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. old bay 1 lb. crab meat, picked through for shells
Combine all ingredients except for crab meat. Once everything is creamy and smooth. Gently fold in crab meat and spread into bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake at 325º for 30 minutes. Sprinkle more cheese and old bay on top for last 15 minutes if desired.
