4-1/2c. Chicken Broth,
9oz. Cheese Tortellini
15oz. White Kidney or Cannellini Beans, rinsed and drained
1c. Chopped fresh tomato
1/3-1/2c. shredded fresh Basil
1-2T. Balsamic Vinegar
1/4t. Pepper
1/3c. Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large saucepan bring broth to a boil. Add tortellini; cook until tender. Stir in beans, tomato, and basil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Add the vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve with cheese.
