1 (8 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple
Boiling water
1 (3 oz) pkg raspberry gelatin
1 (16 oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup mandarin oranges, drained
1 tsp grated orange peel (optional)
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice from pineapple; measure juice and add boiling water to make 1 1/4 cups. Dissolve gelatin in hot liquid; chill until partially set. Fold in cranberry sauce, mandarin oranges, orange peel, crushed pineapple, and nuts. Chill until set. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
